Birthday Parties
1. Ages 4 and up. I can host from 6-12 people.
2. Prices-8x10 $15 per person/ 12x16 $20 per person There will be an additional charge of $30 for traveling to your location.
3. Three days prior to the scheduled party, I need the exact number of guests and payment in full. A refund may be issued if a cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled paint time. I accept cash only.
4. Days and times are flexible. I can paint any day of the week.
5. A party will last at least three hours, especially if I personalize each picture, so plan accordingly.
6. You may choose any picture, either size. Most parents choose the 8x10's, especially for the younger kids. However, the 12x16's are always another option.
7. I will have a food table available. Purchase a 54 in x 108 in. plastic tablecloth that will match your plates and napkins. I keep a few extras on hand in case you forget.
8. There is a refrigerator/freezer available for your drinks and ice cream.
9. I have paint shirts and aprons for everyone.
10. If you are the party host, please arrive 15 minutes early to set up the food table.
11. Once your guests arrive, I will give instructions and continue to assist throughout the entire party. Parents can then relax and chat with the other adults. Ahhh, yes!
